Clean-Up Crew Volunteer Description

As a Clean-Up Crew Volunteer, you help restore and refresh the event space after our time together. Your dedication ensures we leave the venue better than we found it, honoring our hosts, our mission, and the people we serve. With a cheerful heart and willing hands, you help bring the final touch of excellence to every event.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with breaking down tables, chairs, tents, and event equipment
Collect trash and recyclables and maintain waste stations
Help sanitize and wipe down surfaces
Pack up supplies, decorations, and materials for storage or transport
Sweep, organize, and reset spaces as needed
Work as part of a team to efficiently close out the event space
Follow guidance from event leadership to ensure all areas are clean and orderly

Qualities We Value
Servant-hearted and willing to jump in where needed
Positive attitude and strong teamwork spirit
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
Good organizational and time-management skills
Pride in excellence and stewardship of our space

Preferred (not required)
Ability to lift light to moderate items
Experience helping with event tear-downs or church hospitality teams
