PPE Volunteer Description

As a PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Volunteer, you help ensure the safety and well-being of all guests, volunteers, and staff by distributing and maintaining protective equipment when needed. Your role supports a clean, prepared, and health-conscious environment, reflecting our commitment to caring for people in both practical and compassionate ways.

Key Responsibilities:
Distribute PPE such as gloves, masks, hand sanitizer, wipes, and safety eyewear (as applicable)
Maintain PPE supply stations and refill when needed
Ensure volunteers in appropriate roles have the proper protective gear
Keep the PPE area clean, organized, and visitor-friendly
Assist guests or volunteers with questions about PPE items
Follow hygiene and safety protocols set by event leadership
Notify leadership when supplies are low or when safety concerns arise
