Set-Up Crew Volunteer Description

As a Set-Up Crew Volunteer, you help lay the foundation for a successful and welcoming event. Your hands-on support ensures the space is prepared with excellence, efficiency, and a spirit of hospitality. By working behind the scenes, you help create an environment where every guest feels valued, safe, and cared for from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with unloading supplies and equipment
Set up tables, chairs, signage, tents, and event stations
Help decorate and prepare areas to be clean, inviting, and organized
Assemble serving areas, check-in spaces, and activity zones
Follow event layout plans and direction from event leadership
Ensure pathways and areas are safe and clutter-free
Keep a positive, team-focused attitude while working
