As an Admissions Volunteer, you are the warm welcome that greets every guest walking through our doors. You help create a smooth, organized check-in process while showing kindness, hospitality, and support to everyone attending our event. Your presence ensures guests feel valued, seen, and excited to participate — setting a positive tone from the very first moment.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude
Check in attendees and assist with ticket collection or purchases
Provide event information and direct guests to the correct areas
Answer basic questions and offer support with a smile
Keep track of attendance counts and admission materials
Communicate with event leadership about any concerns or needs
