As an Equipment & Tool Safety Volunteer, you play a key role in keeping the event fun, safe, and well-organized. You are responsible for managing the tools used during the car-bash activity, ensuring they are handled with care, distributed properly, and returned safely. Your calm presence and attention to safety help create a secure environment where everyone can participate responsibly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities
Distribute approved bash tools (ex: bats, mallets, safety tools) to participants
Ensure participants are wearing required PPE before receiving a tool
Collect tools after each turn and store them safely
Inspect tools between use to ensure they remain safe and secure
Maintain a controlled tool area — no self-serve pickup
Communicate respectfully with guests and enforce safety guidelines
Notify event leadership immediately of any damaged tools or safety concerns
Qualities We Value

Preferred (not required):
Experience in safety roles, sports equipment handling, or event support
