Executive Summary

Life Line Housing (LLH) is a nonprofit transitional housing program providing a

structured, faith-based pathway for individuals rebuilding life after addiction,

homelessness, or incarceration.


Mission Statement

To provide a safe, supportive, and faith-centered sober living environment where

individuals recovering from addiction can rebuild their lives through structured programs,

spiritual growth, and practical skills development. Our goal is to empower residents to

achieve lasting transformation and sustainable independence.


Vision Statement

Life Line Housing envisions a community where individuals overcoming addiction are

equipped with the spiritual, emotional, and practical tools necessary to lead fulfilling,

self-sufficient lives, rooted in faith and purpose.


The target facility is 611 NW Stallings Dr., Nacogdoches, TX.

Company Description

Founded by Brandie Cosby, LLH grew from lived experience and a belief that people in

recovery need a firm foundation, housing, community, skills, and faith to thrive. LLH is a

Texas 501(c)(3) governed by a Board of Directors. Mrs. Cosby had a heart to build a

community where individuals exiting recovery or incarceration have a clear, dignified

path to independence. Values: faith, dignity, accountability, community, and growth.


Target Customer / Ideal Tenant

Adults (18–55) who have completed detox/treatment elsewhere and seek a structured,

sober, faith-based program. Many are justice-involved or unstably housed, motivated to

build skills, maintain sobriety, and secure employment. Residents agree to program

guidelines, counseling, and community participation, aiming for job-readiness and

independent housing by Month 24.


Products and Services

LLH delivers a two-year, four‑phase residential program: (1) Intake & Stabilization; (2)

Recovery & Rehabilitation; (3) Reintegration & Skill Building; (4) Transition &

Aftercare. Services include case management, counseling, Celebrate Recovery, life skills,

certifications, workforce placement, spiritual development, transportation support, and

alumni aftercare. Detox occurs off‑site prior to entry; residents must be medically stable

at intake.
